Xavier Etienne

CEO of FDJ Gaming Solutions Holding and Executive Vice President Technology and International of Group FDJ

Xavier Etienne began his career as a telecom engineer at Alcatel Titn Answare, before joining Française des Jeux in 1994 as Project Manager. He then became Technical Director of SciGames France, when this joint venture was created in 1998 between Scientific Games International (SGI, 55%) and FDJ (45%) to design and deploy point-of-sale equipment, which can complete the SGI product portfolio and meet FDJ’s needs. From 2001 to 2010, he was Managing Director of SciGames France, which became Lotsys after its takeover by the FDJ in 2001. He diversified the company’s activities, developed an international cooperation strategy, and also positioned the company towards the online gaming market. From 2010 to 2013, he held the position of CEO of LB Poker, a joint venture between the FDJ and the Lucien Barriere group operating online poker, when the online market opened up in France in 2010. Xavier is now Executive VP in charge of Technology and International Group FDJ and Chairman of FDJ Gaming Solutions, the holding company that owns FDJ’s stake in its technology subsidiaries Gaming Solutions in France and Sporting Solutions in the UK.

Pascal Blyau

CEO of FDJ Gaming Solutions

M.Blyau has extensive experience within the lottery and the gaming solutions industry, having worked in these areas in France, Germany and the United Kingdom since 1991 in positions of increasing responsability. He has been employed with FDJ in France since 2002 and currently hold the position of VP B2B of FDJ Group ( La Française des jeux) and CEO of Gaming Solutions France managing a headcount of approx 220 employees and sales revenue estimated at EURO 35 million in 2021. To compliment his extensive professional experience, M. Blyau Possesses an engeneering degree in formation Technology from the Institut National Agronomique in Paris- Grignon (INA-PG) and a master degree in biotechnology from the Ecole Normale Supérieur de Cachan and Paris Jussieu. CEO of Sporting Group

Andy Wright has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles across multiple jurisdictions within the gambling sector, having previously worked for Tabcorp’s wagering arm in Australia, and with Ladbrokes’ executive leadership team as Group Trading Director. Andy Wright has a unique blend of skills in many relevant areas for Sporting Group and FDJ Group. Along with his operational capabilities and recognized leadership, he is the perfect fit for FDJ Gaming Solutions to further enhance the execution of the Group B2B Sports Betting strategy.
